The staff truly made the experience exceptional with their warmth and attentiveness. The hotel boasts two amazing restaurants, including a famous burger place that’s an absolute must-try. The room was spotless, the service impeccable, and the bed? Oh, the bed was so comfortable that leaving it in the morning was a real struggle—talk about relaxation!

We really enjoyed the location, close to Central Park, 5th Avenue and just a walk to the Moma. It was easy to move around! We also enjoyed breakfast at the location many days! The cleaning staff was very helpfull when we had a request. My son is alergic to goose feather so they replaced the pillows to anti allergic ones. We had a great time at Thompson! Highly recommend it.
